Four ways to Build Income
CDM offers one of the industry’s most robust compensation plans. Seize CDM's Referral Partner opportunities to advance through the ranks, build your business, and earn more money while supporting your community.
Personal Sales
You will be paid Personal Commission on any introduction you personally make. Rates vary from 25% to 90%.
Direct Overrides
You will be paid Direct Override Commission on any introductions made by recruits you have personally recruited into your team. Rates vary from 10% to 65%.
ARP-T Overrides
ARP-T’s are the lifeblood of building your business. You receive an Override Commission on any introductions made by ARP-T’s you personally recruit. Rates vary from 10% up to 75%.
Associate Overrides
As an Associate not only do you receive Personal Commission of 90%, ARP-T Overrides of 75% and Direct Overrides between 20% to 65% – you also receive Associate Overrides on every Associate Team you build under you. CDM will pay you 6 levels down. As you grow your Associate Teams and they introduce new business you earn a percentage of their total monthly sales via a 15% Executive Bonus Override.

Any income earned through participation as a CDM Referral Partner is based entirely on self-employment principles, and actual earnings will vary significantly from person to person. Income potential depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
- Individual goals and business objectives
- The time, effort, and consistency put into building the business
- The ability to effectively engage customers and referrals
- Market conditions and customer demand
- Personal sales and marketing strategies
