Additional career advancements and rewards are based on meeting defined performance criteria within set rolling timeframes.

It’s important to note that individual success varies, and not all Referral Partners achieve the same financial results.

Any income earned through participation as a CDM Referral Partner is based entirely on self-employment principles, and actual earnings will vary significantly from person to person. Income potential depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:

• The time, effort, and consistency put into building the business
• The ability to effectively engage customers and referrals
• Market conditions and customer demand
• Personal sales and marketing strategies
